What is World Quality Week?

World Quality Week (formally World Quality Day) is a global campaign that raises awareness about the quality management profession and its role in organisational success. #WorldQualityWeek serves as a platform to celebrate excellence in quality and promote the adoption of best practices across industries.

Each year, World Quality Week focuses on a new theme. In 2023, the theme was "Quality: realising your competitive potential."

Our 2023 video, "Quality: realising your competitive potential," highlights the transformative power of quality management and its ability to drive organisational success beyond operational resilience. It also celebrates the amazing work and impact our members (both quality management professionals and auditors) have on their organisations and society as a whole.
