You Are Not Alone is a short film created by SeeSaw's Youth Panel. We are incredibly proud of how they created a film that shares their personal experiences in order to support, and give hope to, other bereaved young people.
SeeSaw provides support for children, young people and their families in Oxfordshire when a close family member is terminally ill or has died. Through appropriate and timely support, SeeSaw can help reduce the emotional, psychological and mental health consequences of grief. Young people are then able to face the future with hope.
