One More Day
Trigger Warning: Suicide
On 19 Nov it was International Men's Day, this years theme is 'Zero Male Suicide'
The project was created after Menfulness received the gift of the 'One More Day' poem, written by our member Matt Kelly, and in memory of all those we have lost to suicide. We believe in a Zero Suicide Society and that open and honest conversations can save lives.
Menfulness is a charity focused on getting men talking about their mental health and the challenges of life. We are determined to do what we can to reduce the stigma and let men know we are here if and when they need us.
We provide online spaces, group activities and affordable, professional counselling. We want to remind you that it's not weak to speak your truth, in fact like many of our members have told us, it's the best thing they've ever done.
If you think someone might be considering suicide then it's always better to ask them outright. It might just be the conversation they need.
We reach our growing number of members with the support of our incredible volunteers and your generous donations. If you'd like to support us text SPEAK to 70450 to donate £10 or visit
