This film follows the life of Kenneth Erhahon (the music artist known as ‘SHOCKA’), the highs and lows of his music career, his life tragedies, and his personal battle with mental health.

DIRECTED BY SMILA1TAKE, this mental health docufilm is an extraordinary exploration of his personal journey and triumph over adversity. With compelling narrative, SHOCKA shares his experiences of the power of music and its impact on his mental wellbeing.

Throughout the docufilm, SHOCKA delves into his past by openly discussing the emotional and psychological struggles which he encountered. It showcases SHOCKA's resilience and determination as he recounts his journey of overcoming the obstacles that life has thrown at him. By sharing his story, SHOCKA aims to break the stigma surrounding mental health, providing insight, and understanding.

Mind in Haringey provides information, advice and support to people affected by mental health problems, primarily in Haringey. We work to prevent mental health problems, promote mental well-being and ensure those with mental health problems are respected and included in our local community.
