Little Gate Farm

Little Gate Supported Employment supports adults and children with Learning Disabilities & Autism. Our goal is to create new opportunities for paid work for people who are currently excluded from employment.

We run 4 projects which take place at our 46-acre farm and in workplaces in Hastings & Bexhill.

• Work Training for adults with Learning Disabilities
• Supported Employment for adults with Learning Disabilities
• Young Peoples Programme, including supported apprenticeships and work experience
• Young Rangers Club for children and young people with Learning Disabilities

Our Young Rangers Club provides essential respite for parents and carers as well as promoting aspiration in children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
