A short film that celebrates the role music can play in mental health recovery directed by Lee Holmes and produced by Parkview Creative and the Media Trust.
The film follows a young man's journey from a Key Changes recording session on a hospital ward to performing at our community open mic. The process of creative collaboration and development of self-expression, confidence and social inclusion, ultimately leading from crisis to re-engagement with mainstream life.
