Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus (SBH) Scotland provide a lifetime commitment of support and information to all those affected by these lifelong, complex disabilities. With a dedicated team of clinical and support workers they provide help to anyone of any age, including family members and carers offering services including: Finance/benefits information, housing support, 1-2-1 support in home or hospital, transition support through adult health and education, support and social groups, workshops, adults counselling service and health and wellbeing clinics in person or via video conferencing.
Our aim is to empower all those with the disabilities to live as independently as possible and to ensure no one feels alone in coping.
