Rainbow Hub is very special charity that exists to improve the lives of children and young people facing significant additional challenges, due to disability.
We provide a range of hands-on, interactive learning opportunities and services to help children with disabilities to become more active and independent, to achieve their full potential and live more fulfilled lives. In addition to this, we also support the rest of the family with practical and emotional support.
