Sunderland Headlight is a service user led Mental Health charity based in the city centre of Sunderland. The charity provides support to people aged 18+ experiencing mental health issues, by offering a range of different services and activities to enable individuals to step on the road to recovery and independence. The charity was formed in 2002, and since then has supported thousands of people over the years with their mental wellbeing.
