In a world where young people face rising mental health challenges, lack of purpose, and limited opportunities, the We Are Love Retreat offers a life-changing experience. In partnership with 20/20 Levels, we’re providing underrepresented youth from inner-city London with a safe space to rediscover themselves, heal, and grow.
The "We Are Love" retreat at the beautiful Mandali retreat centre in Italy has been created to transform the lives of young, Black, and racially underrepresented individuals, supporting and empowering participants to realise their greatest potential.
20/20 Levels is a social mobility organisation, empowering Black and racially under-represented young people from 18 - 30 years old through opportunities to maximise their potential. Through a variety of training programmes, mentorship, career and business support.
Founded in 2013 as a social enterprise called 20/20 Change, the organisation has grown to become a charity with 2 flagship programmes, dedicated career mentoring and coaching alongside revenue generating recruitment and DEI training and consultancy arm.
