A film to raise awareness of what the NHS Blackpool Parent-Infant Relationship Service (PaIRS) offers to workforce, parents and infants.
The PaIRS team aim to promote a loving secure relationship between primary caregivers’ and their infants, which lays the positive foundation for health and well-being that can last a lifetime.
The film raises awareness of the new service to families and to staff who make referrals; helping parents-to-be access the support when they need it.
The film has been made through interviews with parents who have had support and overcome difficulties in their parent infant relationship, and with health professionals who have seen the need that parents have for support.
Made in partnership with NHS Blackpool Teaching Hospitals.
