We’re proud to launch The Art of The Possible: our bold new three-year (2025-2028) strategy to prevent and end homelessness for good.
This strategy has been developed in partnership with our Lived Experience Assembly (LEA) and reflects their unique position, contributing to all aspects of our work and advising The Passage on our future direction.
We believe that lasting change can only be achieved when the voices of those directly affected by homelessness are heard and acted upon.

Founded in 1980 by Cardinal Basil Hume and The Daughters of Charity of St Vincent de Paul, The Passage is based in the heart of Westminster, providing practical support and a wide range of services to help transform the lives of people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
We are guided by our Vincentian values and offer our clients resources and solutions to prevent or end their homelessness for good, including routes to employment, benefits, and stable accommodation.
We run a modern Resource Centre in Victoria, five accommodation projects, outreach and health services, homelessness prevention schemes and a pioneering modern slavery referral programme.

Our No Night Out Prevention Scheme, built from our learnings during the Everyone In initiative (during the Covid-19 pandemic) enables us to provide emergency accommodation to those at risk of spending their first night on the streets. This project has just received another three years of funding, allowing us to continue preventing people from entering the street homeless community, whilst we work to find a sustainable place for them to live.
As the only homelessness organisation to have a dedicated Anti-Slavery team, we are proud to be leading the way as we uncover the strong links between modern slavery and homelessness in London; working at a Government level to build a better support network for survivors.
