Survivors Fund (SURF) is a UK-registered charity that works alongside survivor-led organisations in Rwanda to support people affected by the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. Through an integrated approach combining mental health support, social care and economic empowerment, SURF helps survivors rebuild their lives with dignity, resilience and hope.
