It starts small. It builds quietly. Snowballing doesn’t always look like crisis. Sometimes it looks like coping. But intervention can be life saving We want to step in before the small things add up to something bigger and harder to handle. Before someone reaches crisis point. Before it snowballs.

We're Mind, the mental health charity. Together, we're fighting for a mental health system that works for all of us, making sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
