Heard Good Things is dedicated to music made by positive change! We find small organisations doing amazing things for communities, who might not have access to the finances or resources to create high quality digital media assets that help promote their work.
How does it work? We record the sounds of the 'good things' they are doing and turn this into a piece of unique music and an accompanying film (for free!), which they can then use to help advertise the work they do to support communities.
In early 2024 Heard Good Things highlighted the 'good things' Everyone on Boards are doing. We recorded the sounds of an Everyone on Boards skate session for young people in the borough of Walthamstow, as well as interviews with the young people and instructors to craft an original piece of music that encapsulates what they do called 'Sk8 Culture' ft. Haupt.' This film is an accompaniment to the track.

Heard Good Things highlights the work of organisations doing good things by recording the sounds of their everyday operations and turning it into music. We do this in collaboration with members of communities that are underrepresented in the creative industries, with the aim of diversifying the socioeconomic landscape of tomorrow's creators.
