This film was made by Swindon Carers Centre, to support The Young Carers Action Day 2025 theme, ‘Give Me A Break’, highlighting the important need for young carers to have time to rest and recharge.
Three local young carers collaborated with the service to give an insight into their lives as young carers and how time away can support with reframing their caring roles.
