Cash For Kids
Finding Hope

Film & Campaign Description

“If I could talk to my nine-year-old self, I’d tell her - you’ll get there.”

In this powerful and deeply personal story, we meet two young women from Glasgow who found safety, confidence, and purpose through Cash for Kids and local community projects.

Anna grew up with instability and trauma, but support from Cash for Kids and the G15 Youth Project gave her a lifeline. Now she’s thriving - working at Arnold Clark, studying for a master’s, and helping young people.

Ashley attended North United Communities, another Cash for Kids beneficiary, as a child and young adult. At the time of filming, she had secured a job with the team as a support worker.

UN Sustainable Development Goal

1. No Poverty

Cash For Kids

Cash for Kids is a grant-giving charity helping the children that need it most across the UK.

Our mission is to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and young people in our communities who are affected by poverty, illness, neglect or have additional needs. We believe that all children should be able to express their individuality, achieve their potential and live life to the full.

We work with grass-roots organisations that aim to make a difference to young lives, directly supporting families who often have nowhere else to go.

Collectively Cash for Kids raised £21.4 million across the UK in 2024, supporting 509,580 children.
