Our short animated film, ‘A Tail of Two Dogs’, highlights the difference in lives between two beagles, Toby and ‘43’. Toby is a much-loved family member, and ‘43’ was bred and used in scientific research in the UK. Toby does zoomies in the park; ‘43’ will never touch grass or feel love. The difference in the lives of two dogs, the same, just born into different circumstances.
The film aims to educate and spread awareness of the animal testing practices that are carried out in the UK to this day. The injustices these dogs face deserve to be common knowledge, and we want to encourage people to get behind us and support our work to end animal testing for good.
Since 1991, Naturewatch Foundation has been committed to enhancing animal welfare in the UK and worldwide, with the ultimate goal of ending animal cruelty.
