Set in a beautiful rural location in East Lothian, Leuchie House is Scotland's national respite charity for families living with neurological and long-term conditions, including multiple sclerosis, MND, Parkinson's and the effects of stroke. 

We deliver transformational shorts breaks to 300 families a year through our in-house, neuro-experienced team of nurses, physiotherapists, OTs, technology experts and carers. While we provide expert care 24/7 at Leuchie, their carers simultaneously enjoy respite and an essential break. 

We also believe time spent on a break at Leuchie should leave a legacy that endures beyond the holiday itself - allowing people with disabilities to enjoy greater independence when they return home.

Our new video, produced by Rob Waugh of Simmerdim, showcases the magic of Leuchie and describes the unique experience we offer - in the words of our guests, nurses and management team.

We want to do more for more families affected by neurological conditions, and this video will allow us to promote what we do to a wider audience, and reach many more people in desperate need of respite.

Leuchie House is an independent charity, established in 2010, providing respite breaks to families affected by neurological conditions, such as MS, MND, Parkinson's and the effects of stroke.

Our focus at Leuchie is on giving our guests and their families the very best short break experience. By providing the expert care they need to manage their condition, our guests are able to have a proper holiday and enjoy all the things that make it special for them.
