Harry Kane: Resilience

Film & Campaign Description

On the morning of World Mental Health Day, 10th October 2022, Harry launched the Harry Kane Foundation to his over 30 million social media followers with the animation entitled "Harry Kane: Resilience". The film depicts Harry's journey so far from park football through to England captaincy, highlighting the challenges along the way and his determination to never give up. 

It is aimed at all ages and promotes the importance of positive thinking, self-belief and having the support of others. The creative also signposts viewers to www.harrykane.com where links to a variety of mental health services can be found if needed.

As well as featuring on Harry's channels, the animation has been made available across multimedia and partner platforms to include featuring on outdoor media sites across the country and it is played through the national network of Everyman Cinemas.

England Captain and Tottenham Hotspur striker, Harry Kane, launched the Harry Kane Foundation (HKF) on World Mental Health Day in October 2022, with a long-term goal to help transform a generation's thinking about mental health. HKF uses Harry's profile and curates partnerships to reach audiences of all ages through tactical awareness campaigns and practical support. The purpose of HKF is to help normalise conversations around mental health, promote positive habits that support mental health and tackle stigma.
