Our mission is to ensure that young people from disadvantaged backgrounds can achieve their full potential. We seek to target the causes of social class disadvantage by providing young people with the knowledge, skills, networks and confidence which will otherwise hold them back, and campaigning and influencing to raise awareness and mobilise employers and others to make change.
