Mountbatten Isle of Wight

Mountbatten Isle of Wight and Mountbatten Hampshire are separate charities working in partnership to provide 24/7 inpatient and community domiciliary and palliative end-of-life care services to people across the Isle of Wight, Southampton City and large parts of Hampshire, including rehabilitation and enablement services and psychological and bereavement support to patients and their families.

Treating everyone with kindness and compassion and providing a safe and caring environment is at the heart of everything we do to support those living with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones.

We deliver 24/7 expert care and support to people experiencing death, dying, and bereavement. We give patients and their families choices about the care they receive, providing the highest quality nursing, medical, and therapeutic care within our hospices and in people's homes, supporting our patients and their loved ones' physical, social, and psychological needs.

We currently support around 3,000 families every day across the areas we serve.

Our services are free of charge to all who need us, thanks to the generosity of our amazing communities and our incredible volunteers who give their time to support the best possible care for local people living the last years of their lives.
