We provide the following services to cancer patients, their families, carers and loved ones to relieve distress and suffering and to reduce health inequalities.

  • Person centred counselling delivered on a one-to-one basis over a programme of 8 sessions (sometimes more if appropriate to the circumstances) for mental and emotional support. This service is available for anyone aged 11+.
  • Coaching for living with cancer delivered on a bespoke basis dependent on need for support with living life to the fullest possibility.
  • Advocacy, mentoring and signposting for those who need further practical help with their situation.
  • Peer support groups, facilitated and managed with speakers, themes and refreshments to encourage uptake and reduce social isolation.
  • Complementary therapies including gentle body massage, reiki, reflexology, and indian head massage delivered in up to 4 sessions to aid rest and restoration of the body and mind.
  • Auricular Acupuncture for support with insomnia, pain, peripheral neuropathy, cancer and chemo fatigue, anxiety, and cortisone stress levels, delivered over a specialist 6-week programme for maximum effect.
